You are provided access to this Client Center for the convenience of your review of the information and documents concerning your asset(s) for which Hall Equities Group provides either management or bookkeeping services. We strive to maintain strict confidentiality of the information and documents on this Client Center; however, Hall Equities Group cannot be held responsible for the security of the information and documents on the Client Center as they are accessible by anyone with a valid user name and password.

The Client Center typically contains the management or bookkeeping agreement and all narratives and financial statements relative to a particular property. As an additional service to our clients, upon request and, where appropriate, payment of additional fees, we will post on the Client Center additional documents, such as property leases, and documents relative to the formation and maintenance of ownership entities. Hall Equities Group makes no representation or guaranty with respect to the completeness or accuracy of any such documents and they should not be relied on by you as complete or accurate.

Please take note that, thirty (30) days following the termination of Hall Equities Group’s management or bookkeeping services with respect to your property, you will no longer have access to the Client Center.
